150720 ~ Conjugate Coming to an End!

It as been roughly 12 weeks since we started our Conjugate style of programming....we have lifted heavy and have completed multiple reps of our HSPU, Dips, Pullups, and C2B! Throughout the next week, we will be retesting some of the benchmarks we ran at the beginning of this cycle....it's time to test our fitness, and see how far we have come!

Oh...and in case you didn't know....It's CrossFit Games Week!!!  In order to keep things festive, this week will feature a number of WODs from the games!!
