Happy Monday!!! Thank you to all the ladies who participated in our WOD n' Wine event!!  What a great showing of our awesome Canuck community!!!  A big shout out to our sponsors, who helped to make the evening so special:  Power Clean Meals, Whisked Gluten Free, Arbonne, Lululemon, and Sephora!

We are due for a good Mashup up...I know some of you may still be feeling the effects of the Eric & Karen WOD...it's time to put that one behind us, and move on to today's little ditty! 

Conditioning:

WOD 1 - 10 min
50 burpees to a target
10 Snatch (135/95#)
Amrap with the time remaining snatch (165/115#)

12 squat cleans (185/125#)
Amrap with the time remaining Muscleups (Rings or Bar)
