150815 ~ CrossFit Endurance Starts Today!!!

 

The CrossFit Endurance Pose running course with Coach Andrew starts this morning at 9am Sharp!! It's still not to late to get in on the action....come on in at 9 am and immerse yourself in some running knowledge bombs!

Strength:

15 min to find 3RM Split Jerk (off the racks)

Conditioning:

“Sword Fight”
Class Divides into 4 Teams (**Max of 4/Min of 3 Athletes Per Team**)

3 Rounds:
Station 1– 400m Team Sled Push (45#)
Station 2– Max Calorie Row
The teams start on opposing stations.When the Sled returns, stations switch.
Score is Max Calories over the three rounds.
