Unless you don’t like magic happening, I suggest you take a daily trip or two outside of your comfort zone in every aspect of your life.
Want to live longer, go 100% in the final 30 seconds of today's  AMRAP.
Want to make your partner happy but have two left feet, take that ballroom dancing class.
Want to advance your career, suck it up and work another weekend (I don’t recommend this one, but hey, to each their own).
Want to knock something off your bucket list? Get out there and do it – without fear of ramification.
