With the Great Summer of 2015 coming to an end it's time to refocus and set our sights on the things we need to do to achieve our goals!! As for Programming....due to long weekends, cottages, and holidays, we have not run a true strength cycle in 2 months....we are way over due!!! Do you miss squatting heavy??  No worries...the squats will be back!
