Happy Labour Day!! One of the best day's of the year for Parents....and not so much for their kids! It's the eve of back to school, back to work, and back to training!!
Tomorrow (Tuesday) we will also kick start our new strength cycle! If you have been missing your regularly scheduled squats over the summer....no worries....the heavy squatting will be back!! We are well conditioned, and have had our fun! It's time to set our sights on achieving our goals!
Let's have some fun today! In sticking with the labour day theme.....let's put in some hard labour with the odd objects! If you are on a wait list....come on in!! There is space on a team for everyone today!
In Teams of 3
Complete The Following:
A.7 min AMRAP
Max 30 meter sled pulls (135/95#)
** If you need to adjust weight during the workout one member must carry the weight while that teammate works. Team mates must switch every round.
B. 7 min AMRAP HSPU.
One teammate works at a time. Scale as necessary.
C. 7 min AMRAP
Tire Flips. 1 Team Mate Working at a time.
Score = Total # of Reps Completed!
In a Conga Line Style
Each Team Member must complete
15 Wall Balls (20/14#)
20 Box Jumps (24/20″)
25 Push Presses (115/75)
Socialize & Mobilize!
