It's a CrossFit Canuck Tradition!! Come one come all for a day of Competition and Fun!!

This years games will feature 3 Divisions:
1. Rx Individual

2. Rx Masters

3. Scaled Pairs (M/M, F/F, or M/F)

This competition is open to all members of the CrossFit Canuck community current and Alumni!

Giveaway s and prizes galore!!  Vendors will be on site. 

There is no cost to compete, just sign up and bring the energy on Sunday October 18th!! Help us to celebrate the wonderful community we have built in only 3 Years!!
