150923 ~ CrossFit Endurance Round 2 is Coming.....Have you signed up yet??

Round 2 of CrossFit Endurance is coming your WAY! Can you imagine what it would feel like to actually enjoy running?  Crossfit Endurance focuses on Technique development and building performance and endurance in your running.  The course kicks off with a full day Pose Method workshop focusing on proper movement patterns, developing an understanding of the forces involved in running, and how to create momentum with the least amount of effort and lowest impact.  This workshop includes before and after video analysis of your individual running technique, drills, and practical guidance.  The fun starts on September 26th! Classes will run for 6 weeks!  Stop complaining when you see a run programmed......and start looking forward to it!!

Texas Week 2 Day 2:

Deadlift @ 1"Defecit

**Stand on 15# Plates**

Every 90s x 3 min

5 @ 55/65/75%

then...

Shoulder Press

EMOM x 3 min

3 @ 60/70/80%

Conditioning:

Training Day:

"Task Training"

EMOM x 15 min Alternating

a) 30 DU's + 10 KBS (50/35#)

b) 12 Burpees

c) 12 Power Snatch (95/65#)

Score = Total # of Successfully Completed Rounds (Out of 15)
