150929 ~ Humble Beginnings

There’s been a lot of new faces at our box lately!  It’s been completely inspiring to see the newbies working so hard. You all know the feeling of how intimidating it can be to step into a CrossFit box for the first time, so it’s been great to watch them grow from their first day being a little nervous, to each time after that watching their nerves disappear and attack each workout.

We've all been there....think back to your first day!  Yesterday you retested the first WOD you've ever completed.....did you compare how far you've come?  In due time you all will be MACHINES lifting crazy numbers and will be able to do that workout Minutes faster.  We all have our own goals and aspirations of where we want to be, but often times the hardest part is starting.  So if you’ve stepped foot in the box, you’ve already done the hardest part.  Happy Tuesday!
