Happy Thanksgiving Weekend!! Please be reminded that we will be running a special schedule this upcoming Monday. If you are on the waitlist, no worries.....Monday is a family day...and the entire Canuck family welcome in to burn off some of those excess calories!
Friday marked the end of Texas Deload Week. Phase 2 of Texas will begin on Tuesday!!!
Please eat, drink, and be merry this weekend. Take some time to enjoy the beautiful weather, and spend some time with your loved ones!
With a partner complete the following for Time:
150 Wall Balls (20/14#)
*** 10 UB Wallballs per Athlete each round**
**In between each round, each team must complete:
2 Lengths (Dumpster to Dumpster) with the Pull Sled (1 length each). Sled starts empty, and will increase in weight by 10 lbs each round.
500m Row (alternating rounds)
** Once an athlete has started the row, they must complete it...no tagging out**
If a ball is dropped before all 10 reps are complete, the athlete must restart the round. Resting in squat therapy is permitted. You may not rest with the ball against the wall.
