151013 ~ Texas Is Back!!

Deload week is over....it's time to get back to those squats! Phase 2 of Texas will start this week!  It's time to analyze your data...if you have been hitting 4 or more reps on the Max Reps @ 85% days, then you will need to increase your 1RM by 10-15 lbs.  i.e.  If my current Backsquat PR is 200lbs, I am going to base my %'s off of 210# not 200.

Please see your coach if you require further clarification with your calculations.  It's time to get strong!! Go Get it!!
