It's Texas deload week! With 2 Birthday WODS, we really don't have that much strength to make up! If you missed Isabel yesterday, that is your goal today....time to set that benchmark score. If you completed Isabelle, I want you to take a look at the goals you posted on the goals board, and spend 20 min working on progressions! Pullups, Ring Dips, Muscle Ups, HSPU, or Rope climbs. Whatever it is, Coach Kimi is there to help you out!
