Congratulations to all of the Canuck Barbell Club members who qualified and participated at the OWA Fall Classic. Facing one of the toughest fields of athletes of the season, all of our lifters stepped up to the challenge! Special mention goes out to Miriam Fong who PR'd her competition total, which qualifies her for the 2016 Provincials!

You can catch our Barbell Club lifters on the platforms daily!   They are the guys (and girls) making all the noise, and lifting Crazy weight!!!
