30 sec ME DB Bulgarian Split Squat (1/2 BW in Dumbells.+ 5-10 Diamond Push Ups

Conditioning:

21-15-9 reps for time of:
225-lb. deadlifts (225/185#)
Handstand push-ups

Cash Out:

Row 500m max effort
Rest 60 Seconds
Then 200 double unders
