Just to mix things up....working in Teams of 3....how many rounds can you get with Curtis P????

Barbell Cycling:

EMOM Until failure
Start with an empty bar, then add 10/5# every minute until you fail to do 7 unbroken thrusters.

**Once you are out, drop 10/5# and complete EMOM until the class is done.

Conditioning:

“Rope That Curtis P”
AMRAP 21

In teams of 3. Two partners are working, one partner is resting.

Rope Climb
15/10 Cal Row + Curits P Complex (135/95#)

At 321 Go, One Partner starts climbing the Rope for 3 min. The other partner begins the Row/Curtis P Complex. This will continue for 21 min.

At the 3 min mark, Partner A will advance to the Curtis P’s, and Partner B will move to the rest station. Partner C will enter the WOD at the Rope Climb.

Teams will move through for 21 full minutes. Score = Total # of Reps completed.

1 Rope Climb = 1 Rep
15/10 Cal Row + 1 Curtis P = 1 Rep
