160129 ~ Open Friday Continues!

Today's little Open Practice dates back to 2011...the first year of the Open!  Get through those burpees, and leave yourself enough time for the MU's!!  For many of you....this will be a benchmark...GO Get It!

Barbell Cycling:

Power Snatch 18 reps @70% for time
Rest 5 Minutes
Power Clean 18 reps @70% for time
Two consecutive misses results in a 1 minute rest “penalty”. Back away from the bar and get back after a minute later.

Conditioning:

11.4

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
30 Overhead squats(120/90#)
10 Muscle-ups
