Goal: 100+ Burpees!

Conditioning:

AMRAP 10 Minutes
1 Bear Complex (135/95#)
30 Double Unders

Bear Complex: Clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push press from back rack.

**You must clean AND front squat regardless of whether you squat in your clean or not. You may go straight up with your front squat into a thruster, same as the back squat.**
