Take me back to 15.4!!  Let's flip the switch and retes the WOD 1st, then finish the day off with a handful of jerks!  Only a couple more weeks left to sign up!!  The Draft is coming....who's team will you be fighting for?

Conditioning:

Workout 15.4
Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

3 handstand push-ups
3 cleans (185/125#)
6 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
9 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
12 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
15 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
18 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
21 handstand push-ups
9 cleans
Etc., adding 3 reps to the handstand push-up each round, and 3 reps to the clean every 3 rounds.

Barbell Cycling:

30 Push Jerks for time in unbroken sets of 5 @80% of the weight you worked up to last week.
All sets taken from the ground

Cash Out:

12 min Goat Practice
