16.1...what can we say....are you glutes sore??  Only 3 more sleeps until we find out what is in store for 16.2...if you can sleep through all the excitement! 

As the last couple of scores come rolling in, everyone is reminded that the submission deadline is 8pm Tonight!! If you do not submit your score on time, you will be eliminated from the Open....get your score in right now!!

We will announce the Canuck Cup winners of the week This Thursday.....stay tuned!! We also have some Mega Nut and Whisked swag to award to our Week 1 MVP's!

Strength:

Alternating OTM x 14 min:
Odd – 5 Deadlifts
Even – 10 Pistols
Men start at 225# and and 20# every round.
Women start at 155# and add 20# for the first 4 rounds, and 10# for the last 3 rounds.

Conditioning:

AMRAP 12
24 Wall Ball (20/14#)
8 Clean & Jerk (155/105#)
4 Bar Muscle-ups (or Strict PU).
