Thank you to everyone who submitted their scores on time.  You have successfully earned points for your team!!  We will be tabulating the results, and release the current standings in the Canuck Cup later this week! Currently, at the time of this posting, Team Canuck is sitting in 54th out of 177 teams in our region!  Great work by all!

Looking forward to 16.2.....i'm stil predicting that dumbells will be a part of this year's Open.  I'm not sure if it will be this week...but I know they are coming!!  Prepare now....push hard for reps in today's conditioning piece!

Conditioning:

Every 30s x 8 rounds
1 Power Clean – drop the weight - 1 squat clean @ 80% PC + 5#
**If this wasn’t smooth last week, stay @ 80%

Conditioning:

Complete For Reps
**Score = Total Reps Completed over all 3 Rounds**
3, 5-minute rounds for max reps at each station:

From 0:00-2:00, Row 300m meters then ME double-unders
From 2:00-3:00, 35-lb. dumbbell push jerks
From 3:00-4:00, pull-ups
From 4:00-5:00, 35-lb. dumbbell hang squat cleans

Rest 5 minutes between rounds.
