160311 ~ 16.3 Snatches and Bar MU's

I told you Bar MU's were coming!!! That still doesn't cancel out Ring MU for 13.4 or 13.5! This one is only 7 min...but don't be fooled....it will burn!

Let's spend some time getting the lats relaxed and the shoulders primed.  The key for success is efficient Bar MU's and a steady pace.  Don't go too quick out of the gates...or it will be the longest 7min of your life!

If you are attacking the Scaled version of this WOD, try mixing up your grip if you are having issues with the C2B pullups.  Mixed grip or underhand (chinup) grip will help once your forearms fatigue.
