160317 ~ Happy Birthday Ethan!!

Happy Birthday to one of the quickest developing athletes at the box! It's hard to believe that Ethan started up at Canuck less than a year ago!! If you think he has been putting up some impressive scores in the Class WODs and Open...just wait until he has another full year of training under his belt!!

Due to the mystery of what carnage 16.4 will bring, Ethan's special request Birthday WOD will be postponed until Monday.  I think he channeled his inner Dave Castro when he was cooking up that spicy combo.....Stay Tuned!

Speaking of Castro.....what does he have in store for us tonight?  Many are predicting that this will be the Repeat week?  15.5....rowing and Thrusters....do you think he will do that to us...again??  Come on in to the Canuck lounge tonight to see what Castro has in store!!  Only 2 more WODs left.....hang in there everyone....the end is near!
