How is everyone's Posterior Chains feeling this morning??  16.4 was a tonne of fun!!  What a great evening at Friday Night Lights....I can't believe there is only 1 more left!

Even Minutes – 4 Front Squats
Odd Minutes – 8 Back Squats

**Increase weight every round. Must use the same weight for both front and back squats**

Wednesday:

Min 1: Triple at 75%
Min 2: Double at 80%
Min 3: Single at 85%
Min 4: Single at 90%

**No Misses!!** Load plates in a way that you can quickly and easily add/strip weight off**

Thursday:

Every 2 min x 12 min
Split Jerk 3 @70-75% + 1 Turf Length Sled Push (90/45) – Alternating High and Low Bar
