Maxout and Benchmark week has been awesome so far!! Stay tuned for more big lifts next week!  Today will be a retest of a benchmark Open WOD.  Which one do you prefer.....Burpees & Thrusters or Rowing and Thrusters?  Either way....today's WOD is for time....get it done!

Cash Out:

Death by Assault Bike
Min 1 = 1 Cal
Min 2 = 2 Cal
Etc…until you can’t complete the required amt. of work in the minute
