Hate running?  What if you could hate it a little less??  CrossFit Endurance classes are coming back to Canuck!  Led by Coach Andrew, this course will not only teach you how to run more efficiently...it just might make you hate it a little less! Have you ever wanted to do an Obstacle race?  Train for a marathon?  Why not do it with a team?  Part of the course includes specific races that you will have the support of your fellow Canucks!
