160418 - Team Canuck on the Podium!

What a great Saturday at the CompWod Tag Team event!!  All 6 Canuck Teams fought hard and pushed their limits in the face of some stiff competition!  Shout outs go to our Canuck Rookies Ruth Ann, Sierra, and Nicole who took the plunge on the Competition stage for the very first time!

Congratulations to Team Quad Squad:  Victoria & Maryam (3rd Place Rx Division) & Team Canuck Hustle & Muscle: Coach Suzana & Tavia (1st Place Rx Division).

Speaking of competitions....did you know that Robin Mahoney is ranked within the top 100 Athletes in the 50-54 Masters Division World Wide?!?!?!  Robin has earned another 4 Workouts that will be released this Thursday.  If you thought the Open was tough, Robin must complete all 4 Master's Qualifier workouts by Monday.  That's 4 Workouts in 4 days!!  Good luck Robin...you can do it!!!
