Makeup Saturday!

Then…

Floor Press (in 3 sets or less)

Snatch High Pull + Snatch + Snatch Balance

10 min to build up to a heavy set, then..

Every 90s x 3 min.

1 @ 90%

Wednesday:

Thruster:

7 min to find a 7RM

Then..

Every 90s x 5min,

7 @ 90%

Thursday:

Clean & Jerk Complex:

Clean High Pull + Hang Clean + 2 Jerks:

10 min to build up to a heavy set, then..

Every 90s x 3 min:

1 @ 90%

Friday:

Backsquat:

Every 90s x 8 min:

5@ 50%, 60%, 70%,

4 x 5 @ 75%

Then...

SGRDL:

EMOM x 3 min,

5 @ 70% 1 RM Snatch
