Week 5 of our Strict & Strong Cycle!! This week we will be repeating some of our Week 1 Complexes and some more strict gymnastics work! If you don't challenge yourself, you won't get better! Fight to get those extra lbs...or a couple extra reps...it will all pay off in the end!
