Even: Max Reps, Rope Climbs, 15'
Minutes 13-16:
Odd: 10 Thrusters
Even: Max Reps, Burpee Box Jump 24/20

Cash Out:

Accumulate 4 min of Hollow Hang from the Pullup Bar. Every 30s of work, 5 shrugs
