After all of the gymnasty movements yesterday, sometimes it's nice to workout with just you and your barbell!  Can you believe it's already the end of Week 7 of our Strict and Strong cycle???  I smell some big PR's coming...keep plugging away at the strength and accessory pieces....everything will be coming together soon!

Strength:

Clean
10 min to find 3RM
Then..
Every 90s x 3 min
3 @ 90% above

Conditioning:

20 Deadlifts (275/185) or 75%
20 Front Squats (185/125) or 75%
20 Full Snatch (135/95) or 75%

Cash Out:
