Have you all been noticing a tonne of 3's lately......our strength ctcle has taken a 3 Rep Focus as we build up to heavy maxes!  Today's 3's are brought to you by Front Squats!  They wil get heavy fast....no misses!!

Strength:

Front Squat

EMOM x 4 min

3 @ 50/60/70/75%

Every 90s x 6 min

1 x 3 @ 80%

 4 x 3 @ 85%

Conditioning:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

20 KBS (50/35#)

15 Wall Ball Shots

 Run 200 Meters
