Has anyone else noticed that ther has been an abundance of running and rowing lately??  WE are working on your strength and FITness!  Hope you are all having fun!!

Still hate running......a new session of CrossFit Endurance is starting soon!  If youa re interested in this program, speak to Coach Andrew or Coach Zach!  Running shouldn't feel so hard!
