In Teams of 3, Complete the Following:

Team Canada Triple 3 Style!

Team Member A: "Team Canada"

30 back squats (135/95) 

25 burpees 

20 ground to overhead (135/95)

 25 burpees 

30 back squats (135/95)

Partners B & C: Will Chip away @

"Triple 3"

3000m Row - Switch every 250m

300 DU's - Switch every 59

3 mile Run - Switch every 400m (12 laps total)

**Once Partner A completes "Team Canada" they will tag out with Partner B.  Partner B will complete Team Canada while Partners A & C will continue to chip away @ the Triple 3** Repeat for Partner C.
