Did anyone watch the craziness that went down at the CrossFit Games yesterday?? How many of you were glued to your computer watching the athletes travel on the Bus...then...Plane...then...Bus. CrossFit prepares your for the Unknown and Unknowable!  The athletes were traveling blindly.....not knowing what stood before them.....they didn't even know where they were going when they boarded the plane.

The life throws you a curve ball, you step up!  Yo may not know what lies ahead of you....but is that enough reason to curl up into a ball and give up?  3 Surprise event's went down yesterday....each athlete attacked each one with all that they had.  

How will you attack the unknowables of today....tomorrow...and beyond?
