Last week squats from the Front and Back were our featured Maxouts......that leaves us with the coveted 1RM Deadlift coming your way on Tuesday!

We have been working towards these maxouts for the last 20 Weeks!  Time to set new baselines and safely test your limits!

Rowing, Pullups, and Squat Cleans are on tap for a little 12 min AMRAP.  How many rounds can you complete before the buzzer??
