Ah...Labourday...the day before Back to School, new focus at work, and a renewed hunger to reach your goals at the box! Our 3rd installment of our our student....."Back to School WOD's is brought to you by Louvisa. Louvisa will be returning to McMaster University to start her 3rd year of study in Kinesiology! This summer marked her 1st ever Powerlifting Competition where she not only competed, but made the podium and qualified for Provincials!

In Teams of 2, Complete the following:
1200m Run - Alternating every 400m
20 Pistols (each)
40 Deadlifts (225/155#)
15 Pistols (each)
30 Squat Cleans (155/115#)
10 Pistols (Each)
20 S2O (135/95#)
**1 Person working at a time. Pistols must be completed by both partners beofe the next movement begins**
