160910 ~ Granite Games Update

Day 1 of the 2016 Granite Games is in the books!! Team Canuck got off to a rough start in WOD 1, but have been clawing their way back!  By the end of Event 3, Robin is sitting in 10th place, and team Maple Bacon is holding strong in 25th/66 teams!  

4 Events will take place on Saturday! Stay tuned!  

Today we will have another Granite Game sampler...this time we will get a little taste of the team WODs!

Front Squat

Then…. Pause Squats (3s in the hole), 3x 5 @ 65%

Wednesday:

Snatch

Thursday:

Shoulder Press

Every 2 min  x 10 min:

5 @ 65/75%

3 x Rest Pause ME @ 65%
