This weekend a number of the Canuck Ladies will be participating in the UG Series Woman Strong event!  This event will be raising money for Juliett's Place, our local women's shelter! 

Please note that all classes will be cancelled including Platform access!  Even if you can't train....come on out and support our strong ladies!!
