How do the legs feel after yesterday's pause squats!!  There was great battles with the bar by all!!

Strength:

Bench Press

Every 90s x 11 min

5 @ 75%

3 @ 85%

1+ @ 95%

**Goal is to get at least 3 reps**

Then…

Pause Bench Press

5 x 5 @ 75%

 **3s pause in contact with the chest*

Conditioning:

Time Priority Diane

3 Rounds

For reps:

60 seconds of deadlifts, (225/155 lb).

60 seconds of handstand push-ups

45 seconds of deadlifts

45 seconds of handstand push-ups

30 seconds of deadlifts

30 seconds of handstand push-ups

Rest 3 min in between each rnd. Score = Total Reps

Cash Out:

10 Candle Sticks + 50 Hollow Rocks
