Yesterday's dumbell shoulders warmed you up for today's Shoulder Press!! This muscle group is getting a tonne of attention lately!  Let's keep these shoulder healthy....have you tried the Crossover Symmetry Bands that are hanging off the rig?? Why not change up your Pre-Wod ritual?  Hit the bands and take a step in the right direction to making your shoulders STRONG!!

Shoulder Press

10 min to complete:

5 @ 75%

3 @ 85%

1 @ 95%

3 x ME @ 75%

With a 15 Breath “rest pause” break in between each set.

Try to get more reps than 2 weeks ago.

Conditioning:

Interval Training

Every 3 Min x 5 rnds

30 Wall Ball (20/14#) - Everyone to 10 target!

5 Squat Cleans (185/135#)

ME Bar MU

1 min Rest After Each Rnd
