The last couple weeks of October are super crazy with Halloween and the Canuck Games just around the corner.  Coach Meg didn't want to get lost in the mix...her Birthday WOD's always find a way to keep on giving for 3-4 days afterwards.....ahem "Big Booty Judy! 

This year coach Meg has programmed another memorable WOD....it's not Nov. 3rd yet....but it's still a great day to "Cheers a great coach!

Strength:

3 Position Power Clean

(Ground – Knees - Pockets)

**No re-grip at the floor**

7 min to find a max for the complex

Then…

Every 90s x 5 min

 1 @ 90% of the heaviest you hit above.

Conditioning:

“Megan Dies by Clean and Jerks”

Megan

21-15-9 Rounds for Time

Burpees

Kettlebell Swings (70/50#)

Double-Unders

When you have completed Megan, on the next minute you start death by Clean and Jerks (155/115#) or

Score = Your Megan time + how many rounds of Death by you completed

 30 min Cap
