Yes..there is more rowing today...yesterday was just a taste :)

Maxout Week Pt.2 is coming to an end!  We have had massive PR's all across the board!   As a coach and programmer, I am really happy with the results....you have all put in the hard work day in and day out, and now you will reap the benefits of your new strength!

As we transition to our Open Prep cycles (yes...I said The Open!), we will be applying your new strength, and work on barbell cycling and volume, making us more efficient athletes lifting heavier weights for higher reps! 

I'm excited to see what results the next cycle will hold!  Consistency will be the key for 2017!!
