What...another "Training Day WOD???" Yes...these WODs are grinders, but in the end...you will feel great!!  Find a level of intensity that you can maintain, and give it your all!!  Short rests = more work completed!

Weightlifting:

Snatch
8 min to find a 2RM
Then…
Every 90s x 3 min
2 @ 90% Above

Conditioning:

“Training Day”
1 minute of DB Hang squat cleans (50/35#)
1 minute of burpees
1 minute of toes-to-bars
2 minutes of hang squat cleans(50/35#)
2 minutes of burpees
2 minute of toes-to-bars
1 minute of hang squat cleans(50/35#).
1 minute of burpees
1 minute of toes-to-bars
