170101 ~ Happy New Year!!!
As 2016 comes to an end, we wanted to thank all of our fantastic coaches and athletes for continuing to be part of our amazing community at CrossFit Canuck
We love to reflect on all of the goals each and every one of you have met over the last 12 months. Whether it be walking through our front doors for the very first time, your first box jump, the first time you were able to put weight on that barbell, or the time you mastered the muscle-up – don’t forget how much you accomplished!
A new year means new goals! Start thinking about what you want to achieve in 2017, and let’s get crackin’! Start this year off right by coming in at 11am for the 1st WOD of 2017!!
What is planned??? You will have to come in and see!!
