170105 ~ 5RM TNG Deadlift!!

Benchmark week continues with a 5RM Deadlift.  Last year Castro hit us with 50 reps of a relatively heavy Deadlift.....the better we can be at cycling heavier weights for multiple reps, the faster our WOD times will get!
