170106 ~ Throwback Open Fridays!!!

It's time for a Re-Test!!  Every Friday we will be completing one of the previous Open WODs to help us better prepare for what Castro has in store for us in 2017.  There have been a number of repeats thrown at us over the years.......I wonder what he has up his sleve this year!

If you have completed this WOD before, please compare your previous score....if this is your first tast of what an Open WOD feels like, put your head down and attack!!

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

15 Thrusters (100/65#)
15 C2B Pullups/Pullups/Jumping C2B

If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.


If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.


If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12

**This will run as a 12 min AMRAP. 2 Scores.

Score #1: How many rounds completed within the time frame.
