170112 ~ A way back Open Play back!!!

This Open Re-Test is from the Archives!  I think only Coach Rob and myself are the only ones who actually completed this WOD in 2011!  I survived and you will too!  Head down and keep on pushing!!

Strength:

Snatch Cycle:

AMRAP in :30, rest 1:30 x 18 min

2 rounds at (185/120#) or 85%

2 rounds at (165/100#) or 80%

2 rounds at (135/95#) or 75%

3 rounds at (95/65#) or 65%

 **Record total reps @ each %. Aim is to be consistent**

Conditioning:

11.2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

9 Deadlifts (155/ 100#)

12 HR Push-ups

 15 Box jumps (24"/20”)
