Clean and Jerk Cycle

2 rounds at 205/135 or 85%

2 rounds at 185/115 or 80%

2 rounds at 155/105 or 75%

 3 rounds at 135/95 or 65%

Conditioning:

EMOMx12:

Min 1: Overhead Lunge (95/65#)

Min 2: Max Ring Muscle-ups or MU Progressions

Min 3: 50 Double-unders

** No Rest break**

 Score = Total # of Reps

Cash Out:

Hi/Low

*ie. 2 min of pushing alternating between Hi & Low
