The energy in the box was amazing!  17.3 really pushed us to our limits! Congrats to all who hit their first C2B or Pr'd their Snatch!  

Today we give a very special belated birthday shoutout to Rali!!  Her only request was HSPU, but staying in theme....we decided to make the entire WOD Gymnasty!  Consider today's WOD a replacement if you didn't get a piece of birthday cake on Friday!
