Today starts the 1st day of post open training. Everyone has been training so hard over the last couple of weeks…..we are all due for a little De-Stress Week. The focus will be on having some fun this week…….low stress and just have some fun with the WODs! Next week we will mark the beginning of our Post Open training…….as always, with the beginning of each cycle, we will start it off with a max out week, to update our numbers from which we will base our new strength cycles upon!

You may be feeling the Post Open Blues……..now that it is over…now what?!? This week is a great week to reflect upon your Open performance. What were your strengths?!!? Weaknesses?? It is a great time to refine your goals, and beginning to devise a plan on how you will achieve them!
